Extremely stressful.
Senior Certified Pharmacy Technician in Wonder Lake:
Pros: I like being able to learn all the behind the scenes of the retail lever of the pharmaceutical industry. Also learning about how the medications work.
Cons: On a daily basis, I receive verbal abuse from customers. The high patient volume doesn’t phase Walgreens as we continue to add more things for us to do with the same amount of staff. It’s extremely stressful and it’s almost as if I were the customers are throwing their negativity at me as if I were in a cage and I’m only there to supply for their addiction
Fine if you want pay over minimum wage, but that is it.
