Cons: Integrity on how jobs are won around the houston area is disappointing going against the morals and integirty of the industry having constant inside information to bids of other contractors and fixing bids/estimates to match in order to win the projects. It also extremely easy to get stuck on a job with a manager who is toxic, hostile, and condescending. All the companies policies and procedures are strictly enforced for the younger professionals who are constantly held accountable for the companies procedures and employee handbook but don't apply to those held managerial for some. Worked under a project manager who seemed to operate by the motto of doing as I say not as I do constantly micromanaging his subordinants.
