Client Services Representative:
Good place to work with lots of opportunities. The con is dealing with the shortcomings of technology, but it’s tolerable. The people are friendly and concerned with doing a good job. Plenty of support if you’re stuck with a difficult situation.
It's an awesome job for an awesome company.
Claims Representative:
Pros: Training is second to none. The benefits and incentives are amazing. People and management are experienced and very eager to make it your last career choice. They invest in you and make your job worth there investment. I highly recommend working for or utilizing there services as the innovative health insurance leaders.
Cons: I have nothing bad to say. They have made it very comfortable and enjoyable work environment.
