Pros: I work with a group of extremely competent front line co-workers that are able to mostly complete their jobs, despite efforts all around them to undermine their efforts.
Cons: While my fellow workers and I work hard to provide a quality product to our customers, I am amazed almost daily at the new policies, procedures, and ancillary cost cutting measures that management imposes on us that decrease the value of our product.
