Average Salary for UNC Hospitals Employees

Pros: I feel like a make a difference in my patients lives. I am able to help patients at the worst time in their lives

Cons: Parking and transportation is the worst thing about UNC. Employees work long shifts give all they’ve got to their patients and have to depend on undependable transportation. We risk getting into work late if the bus doesn’t show up or not getting home till an hour and a half after we have clocked out for the shift. Most nurses and staff will then choose to work night shift to avoid this problem, but for some this is not an option.

Pros: No weekends or holidays

Cons: Lazy coworkers
