This is an awful position.

Cons: The fact that task are not communicate properly and that management expects you to ask them questions about things you didn't even know existed.
Fantastic place to work.
Restaurant Assistant Manager in Halifax:
Pros: I like that the hours are flexible which is good with two young kids, the customer service experience is great. Working as a team to get things done is outrageous. Just the whole overall experience of working for two different owners and it never changes is a great feeling also.
Cons: At this location the only thing to complain about is staff always calling in sick and not properly and thinking it's ok not to bring in a doctors note, which is not acceptable.
