Average Salary for The Sheakley Company Employees

Pros: I absolutely Love my clients! They are the ONLY reason I've stayed so long. I look forward to seeing them on a regular basis and they depend on me to be there.

Cons: We don't get paid enough for what we do. No tangible incentives (i.e weekly contests pertaining to protocols of our positions,) for example driver's would receive an email with a question concerning safety, what-to-do situations etc... Whomever got it correctly (1st -10th, it just depended,) received a Kroger or Walmart gift card. That was what Driver's used to purchase Lysol or Clorox wipes, Kleenex etc., instead of taking out of our own pockets, which further reduced our income. Our suggestions for improvement were not taken seriously. Adding more responsibility for the same pay. There's more, but I'm too tired to go on.
