Frustrating.
Sales Associate:
Pros: Working with customers, product knowledge helps people do projects.
Cons: Unpredictable work hours, late work hours, no respect for extra effort put in to learn product line.
Perks.
Bookkeeper:
Pros: Job flexibility for taking care of family. Available hours for certain positions.
Cons: Minimal staffing , changing job demands, fluctuating hours due to sales, few opportunities for full time positions for incoming or current employees. Unwilling to make exceptions for current long time employees.
New challenge every day.
Sales Associate:
Pros: Get to help people.and they are very gratefull.
Cons: My skills are under payed.think there going to lose me., to lowes.
Cashier:
Cons: Way too much favoritism and not being valued.
Customer base challengimg.
Sales Associate:
Pros: Close to home and always Learning new things.
Cons: Management very indecisive. How things are to be done.
Sales Associate:
Pros: My fellow associates.
Cons: The pay, work a regular job meant to employ a person to support a family and get minimum wage pay.
I find it to be a very good company to work for.
Retail Department Supervisor:
Pros: I like how the home depot takes care of its associates and how easy it is to move up.
Cons: I think they hire too many people who don't take the job seriously.
