Cons: Occasionally hours go long during days with complicated customer issues and attempting to keep up with tasking goals.
Retail Sales Associate in Chicago:
Working in retail is new to me so I was a bit surprised about the customer interaction. Consumers can me rude and impatient, but you deal with it and you keep the peace, so to speak. Most people are nice and it's good to be around people, helping people...at least for me. The pay is borderline minimum wage, but that's ok. At least I have a job.
