Lots of Work.
Retail Store Assistant Manager in Horsham:
Pros: Freedom to decide what products to provide customers.
Cons: Workplace gossip and corporate headquarters interfering with product pricing and quality
Terriable just don't do it.

Pros: The customer service. Its exciting to see what they are getting
Cons: Pay is horrible, there's no consistency,
Stressful.

Meat Clerk in Athens:
Pros: The work is enjoyable and you can take pride in what you do.
Cons: No matter how well you do at your job you are never thanked or rewarded for your hard work. If you start taking on extra work you are expected to do it for the same pay and the overall dynamic of the company makes it more beneficial to slack off than it does to prove yourself. If you go above and beyond you feel like you’ve been taken advantage of after a while.
Rewarding.

Pros: The Team I have helped create and continue to work with and mentor. Helping and knowing what my customer needs are and fulfilling them on a daily basis.
Cons: The senior change at the corporate level, IE.. Ownership and leadership changes that have changed this company every six months for the last three years.
My Fresh Market review.
Deli Clerk:
Pros: For the most part. The people I work with are very nice, and friendly, they seem to treat you like family, and with any job it has it's up's and down's .
Cons: HOWEVER, I don't think it's fair to blame the employers (Deli) when things don't go right. I don't think it's right to write people up for small mistakes.
They need to change how there raises are done after 90 days.
It used to be a fun place to work, now I'm on pins and needles hoping to make it a year.
