Texas Health Resources Reviews

What is it like working at Texas Health Resources?

Overworked and Underpaid.
Radiologic Technologist in Arlington:
Pros: The OR staff that I work with.
Cons: I know for a fact that I am the lowest paid employee in m department on first shift. Even though I have more experience and have trained employees that make more than me.
Very fulling.
Referral Coordinator in Dallas:
Pros: The supervisor is very caring about how well we succeed
Cons: The drive is horrible and the pay
Negotiate your pay upfront.
Security Officer in Fort Worth:
Pros: Staff look to you and appreciate what you do for them.
Cons: Short staffing creates many issues.
Better than others.
Patient Care Technician in Bedford:
Pros: Bonuses
Cons: Benefits
Surgical Technician in Fort Worth:
Best company to work for in north Texas! Great benefits, bonuses, and career growth opportunities! Positive atmosphere and smiling faces all around. And with so many locations, it’s easy to find one close to home.
Patient Care Technician in Fort Worth:
Over the several years I worked at THR, benefits went from exceptional to mediocre at best. A once amazing culture shifted to be all about budget cuts, with sniping and management’s interest in the safety of their employees decreased dramatically. One should not expect cost of living raises— annual raises do not compete with what you could make by leaving and returning— by a long shot.
Business Intelligence (BI) Developer:
Lots of decent opportunities to work remotely and/or have flex time and relatively cheap health insurance. Programs exist that incentivize healthy behaviors. Work culture out loud is stated to stop at 40- but the reality is much different. Pay is about average for industry and the facility is making a big push for centralizing operations.
