Tesla Motors Reviews

What is it like working at Tesla Motors?

Underpay.
Spray Painter in San Jose:
Pros: Benefits
Cons: Pay
Supply Chain Manager:
Under paid but valued as an employee. Mission of the company and experience achieved was more valuable to the company than the pay. Engineering teams are valued more than supply chain and supply chain team has to save cross functional teams from failure every time.
Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) Programmer:
The work environment is positive and I enjoy most of the people I work with. We were asked to work almost every holiday the first 8 months I worked with Tesla. The pay is very poor for my position compared to the national and local markets. Benefits are really exceptional but raises and bonuses are terrible. My annual raise (2%) was less that the cost of living increase despite being promoted 2 times with no raises in that same year.
