What is it like working at Taco Bell Corporation?

It’s very stress induced the 2nd day a customer called me a name, apon that the demands on working hard are high considered it’s a fast food corporation.
Member of Technical Staff, Applied Researcher in Colorado Springs:
Pros: Most of the employees are very helpful, and kind!
Cons: The mananagers labor one person to far too many task at once, and the employees don’t help in the back of the restaurant very much with dishes.

Pros: Ability to grow and develop bright futures with the younger community into serviceable workers for whatever company
Cons: Low pay rate, lack of continuity amongst staff due to high turnover
Taco bell is a fast food restaurant.

Pros: I like my job because they give me easy tasks like sweep outside first

Could Be Better.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Lutz:
Pros: Its nice and sometimes fun to deal with people and its definitely interesting to meet certain people that come through.
Cons: Unfair pay. I make minimum wage despite being senior most worker at my location.

Pros: The customers are who I like best.
Cons: The employees..not all but some...they're too lazy.

Team Leader, General in Washington:
Pros: I love my job and serving people
Cons: I hate that some of my coworkers are angry and throw fits.
It is very stressful because the belief is every customer is right and the customers are allowed to verbally abuse you and you have to just smile and take it. The company doesnt value its employees.

Pros: The employees are great. They work really well together and make the place better.
Cons: The customers
