Intense.

Great.

Cons: Low pay
People and variety of jobs per day.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Reno:
Pros: Puzzle solving to help customers
Cons: Rate increases and questions that follow
Underwriter:
They are putting everyone in the call center to train their agents but no additional pay (see trainer salaries in comparison) and no commission. Employee moral is low and majority of the people in the are just getting by until they retire and they others are just there until they find something else. Look into other departments.
Pleasant.

Pros: Casual dress code. Flexibility on how to execute job.
Cons: Not very flexible with the schedule. No work from home.

Insurance Sales Representative in Houston:
Insurance Claims Specialist in Johns Creek:
Pros: The security, benefits and stability. PTO and credit union is very nice and the diversity and inclusion.
Cons: The micro -management, team environment where you are told what task to do exactly when. You are expected to do every Claim in just a few minutes. You can't get a day off and the points system is not good. There is no work life balance for situations that come up.
