Office Assistant in Compton:
Pros: I like that I get to engage with the clients and parents on a daily basis. The people I work with are very nice and helpful, it's like we're a big family.
Cons: That some of the lower level employees don't get their work notice as much as the administrators and supervisors. Everyone needs to get praised or appreciate for everything we do for this company.
Stressful work environment.
