Cons: I believe communication from the top about important changes that affect all employees could be improved; there is tendency for information to be "kept in secret" when they should be shared with the affected parties; promotions should also be an easier process - employees shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get a promotion for themselves or their subordinates.
