Cons: Not the shiniest facility. Older sections look a little dingy but they are doing rolling renovations.

Pros: I love that fact that everyone is treated with respect. Your given the confidence to execute your work well.

Cons: I don't really have complaints. I truly enjoy my work, my coworkers, my managers, the environment, everything! If I had to pick out something, maybe the internal opportunities to progress in your career seems like it will be slow moving. I don't know. With so many people wanting to move up the ladder, seniority has a say so. Some people have been there 30 years, so it makes it pretty difficult to see active opportunity for growth...
