Active, high energy workplace.

Decent.

High customer touch equates to high customer trust.
Project Management Office (PMO) Manager in San Francisco:
Pros: Contributing to the support and operation of the judicial system in California in a material way.

Overworked and underpaid.
Contracts Manager in Bloomington:
Pros: my co-workers
Cons: I'm evaluated only on my duties as a Contracts Manager and not all of the other things that I do
Govt contract is lousy work.
Cyber Security Engineer in Absecon:
Pros: Friday at 4:30
Cons: Heavy workload, no one with expertise and unrealistic deadlines
Senior Software Engineer in Huntsville:
The Wild Wild West. Investigated for violations in ethical conduct around the time of hire. Company wide culture of straddling ethical lines. Couldn't live up to claims/conditions of the position I specifically applied for. Hired for a project I never worked on. Promised an Agile/Scrum methodology: PM and Technical leadership weren't trained, didn't understand its principles, and at worst laughed off its practice. 0 amount of my work was reviewed. 0 attention or concern for properly testing development work. 0 work focused on automation of build/test/release processes. 0 work focused on configuration management. I communicated concerns to multiple individuals in leadership, as well as HR, and was ignored. If you're a type A gunslinger who likes to pave the frontier as a cowboy coder, or you like to sprint around in circles with everyone saying "we're moving so fast" and ultimately go nowhere, then this place will suit you just fine.
Human Resources (HR) Specialist:
SAIC is very willing to work with you for days off, and hours off for doctors appointments and other things that come up in life.
The PTO is great and benefits are decent.
I love my manager, she is a great teacher and very kind.
