Care Coordinator in St Louis:
Pros: I like the fact that this new project is a community base program designed to help patients with chronic illnesses to receive the care that they need while reducing the cost of health services.
Cons: Everything is virtual and sometimes there's a lot of technical difficulties.
Brings healing to patient experience.
Patient Services Representative in St. Louis:
Pros: SSM makes my job feel important. I matter and the work I do matters
Cons: For the COVID-19, there wasn’t a plan already set in place for remote work. But I like that plans were made in a timely fashion
Management is not trustworthy.
