Pros: Seeing patients improve and stabilize allowing them to return in the community after a crisis. I work with really great people for the most part. I feel that the intentions of most people I work along side are good and they care for patients and care for their coworkers too

Cons: Lack of communication and unfairness throughout Administration and being left in the dark and under appreciated often but asked and expected to help whenever needed
