Pros: i love my role at sol because i'm left alone to do my job i have set taks that i complete each day with minimal mistakes in the last year the company has grown which means more paperwork and staying over time to complete it

Cons: the pay rates

Pros: i'm never monitored i have a job to do and set tasls that i need to complete in a timeframe everyday am trusted to be left alone to run things knowing that my boss can be out on the road for a few days knowing i can take care of things at the office.

Cons: the pay rate i do alot in my position and i do alot of over time to try and complete all the work since Colleen left its gotten twice as busy which means twice the work load i'm also 39 years of age with over 15 years of experience would lke to be paid what i'm worth i think i have prooved to my manager that i am more then capable of doing the job and with little mistakes made putting in the hrs to make sure the tasks are complete with little help .
