Cons: It has the most frustrating, soul-sucking atmosphere. It is a for profit company with a non-profit facade. People should be investigating where the money truly goes and reevaluate upper management employees' salaries. Upper management needs to reevaluate their priorities and make sure that the client comes first, then the employees, and lastly their own salaries. Increasing their own salaries should not be the main motivation in acquiring funding from donors.
