Average Hourly Rate for Pinnacle Management Employees

Pros: Working with my supervisor and the other maintenance staff.

Cons: The manager seems so distant, and my evaluation rating was the same as someone with half my experience. Yet I was told I am the best out of all the maintenance staff.

Pros: that I have the freedom of working by myself and seeing that in the results when I'm done I'm a person that takes pride in my work so I really like to see the end results when I turn out

Cons: it is the problem lies with the manager and the way there is favoritism and add hour for there selves and the other person that has the job title maintenance technician that he does not know his job and will not do anything asked of him making my job ten times harder then it has to be and causes a hostile work environment and does nothing at all coming in late going back to his house for hour on the job drinking on the job anyting brought it to the manager's attention but nothing is ever said or done the person that they have me working with it is hard to work with somebody that does not work and does not want to learn and does nothing the gripes and moans and causes problems all day long is one thing if you don't know something and you're trying to learn it's another thing if you have to walk on eggshells every time you ask him to do something or causes a problem or yells at you yes he doesn't want to do it or he feels you're out of line when is not even the manager or supervisor or nothing I guess the thing is is I don't like about my work it's a hostile work environment and not getting treated fairly I'm getting way underpaid for what I do one person for maintenance for 100 units the with no help ordering cleaning shops and trying to maintain the apartments with no help his hard and not fair for what I'm getting paid
