Perdue Farms, Inc. Reviews
What is it like working at Perdue Farms, Inc.?
Customer Service Advisor:
I work as a flock advisor. The job is not bad, it has a decent salary and you do not have to drive your own vehicle. The downside is that more and more work keeps being required. It has become a job where we do more paperwork and collecting samples then actually working with producers and helping them.
Plant Engineer:
Lots of weekend and holiday work in this role. Work life balance can be a challenge. There is a bit of a workaholic culture within the engineering department in Perdue Foods. Decent compensation and benefits.
Challenging.
Transportation Coordinator in Salisbury:
Pros: The Coworkers are all good people.
Cons: Hours
