Pros: People are very positive and productive. There are only a select few people which are not good to work with and who are not very responsive. Overall everyone is ambitious and motivated and as long as your long term goal is just to stay in a similar role you will do well and progress.

Cons: The company constantly tries to add new work to your plate without much attempt to reduce other tasks on the back end. The result is a very two-faced impression of management saying they are "providing many opportunities to try new things and grow professionally", but at the same time it just makes you even busier than you were before and at a certain point it becomes too much. Also there is high turnover at this company at the analyst level and the hiring process is extremely slow, leaving you covering for teammates for months at a time.
