Cons: While there are many things I love about my job at OutSystems, one challenge can be working with teams spread across different time zones. With such a large and diverse organization, it can sometimes be difficult to coordinate and align on projects when everyone is working on different schedules. Cons: Most employees are disdainful of marketing and think that because they're engineers, they are smarter than marketers and can do a better job.
