Oracle Reviews

What is it like working at Oracle?

Average.
User Experience Researcher in San Francisco:
Pros: Respect for design
Cons: Bureaucracy
Frustrating.
Software Trainer in Brisbane:
Pros: Choose my own hours
Cons: The people
Work/Life balance is not stressful, but the work itself and company policies are frustrating.
Account Executive in Dallas:
Pros: Learned the ins and outs of some of the worlds most valuable technology.
Cons: Sales territory rules are never black and white, always grey. The amount of deals I have earned and won that were listed as part of my territory and given to another rep, or even worse, no rep at all, is too common to trust the system or the company to fairly pay their employees what they deserve outside their already lower than the market base salaries. You are better off staying a business development rep and manager in your career at Oracle than attempting to advance to a sales rep and manager position that makes it very difficult for you to hit your quota, even if you earn the company more revenue.
Business Analyst (Unspecified Type):
Pros: Work from home, good team, learn new skills.
Cons: Stress, lack of upward mobility, lack of appropriate compensation.
Flexible- Build your own future.
Application Developer:
Pros: Flexibility provided. Trust of employees. Dynamic working. Beautiful cabins and Bathrooms.
Cons: No idea of how to get more benefits. Min relevant trainings. Less communication with authority.
Work flexibility.

Senior Software Engineer:
