O'Reilly Auto Parts, Inc. Reviews
What is it like working at O'Reilly Auto Parts, Inc.?
Work is great.
Sales Associate in Bartlesville:
Pros: Meeting new people, talking about cars all day!
Cons: How much per hour I am paid.
Not a living wage.
Retail Sales Specialist in Milwaukee:
Pros: Helping people resolve their automotive needs.
Cons: The pay is a slap in the face and regardless of corporate spiels about how they all care and working as a team is key... I feel like a number/peon.
Fun/exhausting.
Parts Specialist in Huntsville:
Pros: I like the people around me they’re always there to bring u up if they think you’re down in anyway
Cons: Low pay
Great Job, Great People.
Automotive Retail Salesperson in Texarkana:
Pros: My experience at O'Reilly's has been excellent so far. Management and my peers made training productive and beneficial. I'm given ample opportunity to learn and progress within the company.
Cons: Given the nature of the job we deal with people who often times have broken down cars and need to spend more money than I'd like to. This can create a tension in the workplace but it comes with the territory.
Very Busy, allot to learn.
Merchandiser in Coshocton:
Pros: Like talking to customers and being busy
Cons: Not being paid as much for what skills and qualifications I hold.
Good.
Retail Store Manager in Forest:
Pros: freedom
Cons: low pay
Operations Coordinator (Unspecified Type):
There are few promotion opportunities for females. In my time there, I saw numerous instances where men were given positions for which quality, experienced, long-term female employees were overlooked. In operational upper management, out of approximately 100 positions, only one is held by a female. This is a systemic problem with this company and there didn't seem to be any awareness or desire to try to do better.
