Average Salary for Nurse Next Door Employees

Pros: The team of people I am surrounded by. I love being in the health care field and helping people help others and being a support to our caregivers.

Cons: There is no clear direction, my role has meshed with many other roles. Sometimes I start a project and it gets put down after alot of time and effort and I dont feel I'm trusted to prioritize.

Pros: I love the way they trust us. They dont have to be on our feet. We do our work . They make sure the job is done properly . No problem with log in and log out. People in the office are very accessible.
