Average Salary for Newton School District Employees

Pros: I love teaching the children.

Cons: That we are expected to work on our own time in order to get everything done. No one takes into consideration all that they want done and when they think we will get it done. They just take for granted that we want the best for our students so they know we will work as many hours as it takes to get it done. Without saying it out loud, they expect us to work all hours of the day, night, weekend, summer, etc....
