Pros: The freedom to deliver the syllabus suitable for the children
Cons: Honestly, the discomfort through the years of high temperatures while teaching
It is a professional career like any other.

Pros: Teaching Pupils in class and producing best results
Cons: regularly posting to different environments
It has its challenges but is a very rewarding experience as you watch the lives you've contributed to moving in a positive direction.

Pros: Teaching students, working with the parents/community and guiding the staff
Cons: They take too long to pay new teachers or promoted employees
MOE is an exciting, challenging atmosphere, with friendly staff and great leadership.

Pros: The sound of happy humans predominates this space with waiata, honour and respect towards one another and our collaborative work.
Cons: Slightly competitive between peers, which can disconnect us from working more as a team.
The experience is great however I am currently exploring other options.

There is huge lack of resources like books which leads to poor performance. It is a national outcry. I don't want to be associated with poor productivity which is caused by factors beyond my control.

Pros: Changing lives of challenged learner's at home and offering help and hope for them. Making sure that learner's of different capabilities are catered for in teaching and learning.
Cons: Lack of resources hinders one to perform to their level best. Huge number of learner's per class makes it difficult for one to attend slow learner's adding to poor performance.
