Pros: My firm, although older in terms of establishment date, is often eager and more than willing to comply with various updates in technology, be it security, operating systems, or various software instances we use in our different practice areas. I also have a great working relation ship with my boss (CIO) and am able to work with him, and others on my team, almost seamlessly on various projects.

Cons: I feel that at times, our work structure is more stressful than it truly needs to be, along with many of us feeling we are paid under average for our titles.
