Pros: I'm passionate about the work that Lifeline HomeCare does.

Cons: There's significant pressure and little opportunity for advancement in pay.

Pros: I like to help people which is why I chose to be a nurse.

Cons: The branch manager doesn’t do her job. She doesn’t train employees. She just wants a warm body to fill a spot. She talks bad about other people in the office to everyone. She gives special treatment to her favorite employees that play her game of politics. The office feels like high school again. Some nurses get away with whatever they want because they are friends with the branch manager while others get treated as if they are disposable. The PayScale is also very unfair. Some people are salary, paid per visit, or hourly. Nothing is fair about this company when you have a branch manager like Natasha Dockery. Honestly if this company would get rid of her and replace her with Lori Rauchele then this company would probably work better.
