Average Salary for Life Point Employees

Pros: My fellow employees that get me through each day, and the patients who are able to get something from being under our care and recovering.

Cons: Being unsafe at work due to staff shortages, and having to neglect proper patient care concerns based on unavailability. I feel my concerns don't phase management or higher positions of authority, and I'm easily replaceable. My commitment to my patients' well-being and treatment are taken for granted, given how hard I work and how few resources we receive. Patients are treated poorly, and there is rarely adequate accountability. I would not advise my friends or family to seek services at Lourdes Counceling Center.
