Pros: The people I work with are excellent. They do everything they can to keep this place running.

Cons: Upper management has a complete lack of direction. They have no problem berating employees and treating them horribly. I can understand being demanding but setting time lines with absolutely no understanding of what goes into the project, and getting upset at your employees when a required vendor / 3rd party are not going to meet your expectations because you decided to wait until the last second to make a decision. It only shows that they want what they want and scream like spoiled children when they don't get their way.
