If responsibility is only one sector its great , if Cross sector responsibility in an emerging country its a nightmare.
Warehouse Manager in Indianapolis:
Pros: Diversity, inclusion and always dealing with a New challange
Cons: X sector responsibility with wrong team structure
Creative, strategic, but stressful.
eCommerce Manager in Pinellas Park:
Pros: Exciting brands and strategy and execution ownership,
Cons: Heavily project management focused with a lot of conflicting priorities and difficult logistics.
They have a strong process of Supply chain Planning and execution, based on the S&OP.
Demand Planner in San José:
Pros: I have learned how it works a mature Demand Planning process and a better approach with other areas. I feel very appreciated.
Cons: I feel that my current compensation is lower than other companies for that role.
It's pretty swell.
