Average Salary for Investors Financial Employees

Pros: There is always something to new or do, always more to learn, always a problem that requires solving.

Pros: There is a lot a flexibility in my work. I am involved in many aspects of the office. I am privy to management issues and corporate initiatives before the general office. I am involved with the entire management team of our office on a regular basis. Involved in making some decisions due to my tenure and experience.

Cons: No much recognition, I feel I am underpaid and no raise in the last 6 years.
