Pros: The flexi-time suits me perfectly, and you are given more than enough time to complete a task. My previous manager was excellent, willing to talk technical and had similar ideas to me when it came to quality code.

Cons: My current manager is socially absent and stressed out at all times. The work is boring and it sometimes feels like you're achieving nothing of value from the work you do, there's not enough variety to keep my interest.
