What is it like working at Home Instead Senior Home Care?

I truly enjoy working for the company.
Personal Support Worker (PSW) in Hamilton:
Pros: I have a input on the care plan of my client to help keep them and myself safe
Cons: The rate in pay
Manager is biased and two-faced.
Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in London:
Pros: Meeting lovely people
Cons: Left to defend yourself when you have been wrongly accused
Home Health Aide in Tarpon Springs:
Pros: Being able to use my true empathy and compassion with ailing seniors that may not have anyone else in their lives.
Cons: The fact that I make a difference with the clients. One of them told me he loved me because I did not treat him like a client, but as a real person.
It's ok.
Caregiver in Lebanon:
Pros: I enjoy the people that I meet, and making a difference in their lives, when their families are not able to do so.
Cons: Not being paid for what I am worth!
Bad pay and hour cuts.
Caregiver in Chattanooga:
Pros: My clients
Cons: Pay rate and the fact of getting paid only twice a month and low hours
Caregiver in appple valley:
Pros: meeting new clients, being able to get to know them, being of help to the client, being able to have long term clients also.
Cons: theres usually not enough hours and should be paid more. and i think care givers that have been there longer should be paid more, considering new hires get $12.50 an hour and care givers that have been ther ten years or more get $13 an hour.
It's Amazing.
Nurse's Aide (Certified) in Kingsport:
Pros: The one on one with my patient.
Cons: When one passes away.
