What is it like working at Holiday Inn Express?

In the beginning I loved it then I went from being a maid to head house keeper and I really loved it it but it was to much work and the pay was unfair and didn't get over time pay.

Hotel Housekeeping Aide/Attendant/Assistant in Rapid City:
This place is great, co-workers that have been there for the past year make it a fun and friendly place to be. Teamwork if permitted would be great and make this place so much more successful. Ihg needs to seriously evaluate and replace bad management. Lack of appreciation for dedicated and loyal employees. And neglect of hotels needs to be addressed. Employees are great with smiles always striving to give guests the best stay.
Peaceful but sometimes stressful.
