Hard work.

H&M doesn't give bonus or pay over time for public holidays or Sundays when it comes to managers. They have a good culture, and management that is very business focused. The normal medical aid and pension is on offer which comes as a heafty price to the employee.
Visual Merchandiser:
Great environment with a certain level of freedom. Culture of the business is a positive and fun experience. Benefits are poor, management style structure needs a lot of attention as they don’t lead by example.
Management is good, work flexibility is reasonable
Sales Advisor:
Pros: management, work flexibility, benefits and perks, stress levels remain reasonably low as everybody steps in to help you.
Cons: Not sure.
