A rewarding experience.
Renal Dietitian in Rialto:

It has been great.

Very stressful and exhausting.

Challenging, wonderful, I love it.
General / Operations Manager in Pretoria:
Pros: That I am given the opportunity and trust by management to be the best and do the best in the job I am holding.
Cons: That new staff in lower positions entering the company get an entrance salary higher than mine, as a manager I must stay patriotic, motivate other managers that also has insight in candidates salary that is also higher that theirs ( Unit manager). Due to my positions I must always maintain a positive attitude, radiate it outwards to all the staff under me to keep them motivated. This is difficult because sometimes I do not agree with what happens in FME or what is rolled out. Expectations from management is sometimes unrealistic and I must present and roll out in a positive manner.
It’s hard to do the tasks in the allotted time frame.

It's been wonderful ever since I began in 2013. It's a great place to work great people and a very good wellness program. The only thing that I dislike is the commute I live 35 miles away. However working here makes it worthwhile.
