Average Hourly Rate for Fred's, Inc. Employees

Pros: I love working and helping other employees that know they can come come to me for help or assistance with anything

Cons: I don't like that your thrown into doing the Store Managers job and they don't train you to do any of the office work like paperwork or computer, I had to try and figure it out on my own or call another store and ask them to help me over the phone, and didnt like getting called in just because she had a hair appointment on my only day off , and not enough employees,understaffed for the amount of customers that shopped there, not enough pay for the work your expected and made to do

Pros: My employees, and customers

Cons: They do not give raises, and keep taking away hours from employees
