Average Salary for Franklin General Hospital Employees

Pros: The people I work under, I have the opportunity to advance my education through the hospital, I don’t feel micro managed. My employer trusts in my skills and ability. I feel like I have a voice in how things change moving forward.

Cons: It can be hard to find the right person to hire when working in a small department. People may tell you what you want to hear in an interview just to get the job. Later you may find out they’re a different person than you thought. That being said, we will be doing peer interviews to help decided who is a good fit for our department collectively as a team.
