Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. Reviews

What is it like working at Ferguson Enterprises, Inc.?

Credit Manager in Kent:
Pros: Direct impact to sales.
Cons: Long unnecessary hours
Working at Ferguson enterprises is fun and also challenging at times due to the task that are given in some occasions however, being challenged is never a bad thing.
Warehouse Clerk in San Diego:
Pros: I believe that this company, Ferguson Enterprises can expand job careers and people can live with the pay rates they offer one other thing i love is how we interact with plumbers so we get to expand our knowledge on the questions plumbers ask us as well.
Cons: The management in my locations is horrible from the main manager to the warehouse managers all of them treats the warehouse people like if we were filthy and weren't worth anything amd we get accused of everything. Clients, workers from all over the county know how out managers are they are unfair people.
Run the other way - Do not look back.
Information Technology (IT) Manager in Newport News:
Pros: I'm in the role I want to be in
Cons: If you ever wanted to experience what it's like to work at a Chinese sweat shop this is your place.
Rewarding, but will tear you down mentally.
Project Manager, (Unspecified Type / General) in Newport News:
Pros: Working with my fellow coworkers out in the field who understand the work load we are under, and know how to manage their customers expectations upfront, and not over promise.
Cons: To be completely honest it’s way we have grown as a business. We have spent money on the wrong group of people to grow the business instead of building a solid foundation to support the rapid growth. We keep hiring an outside salesmen, and spend astronomical amounts of money and time on them to get 1 good sales associate out of 20-30 hires. All the best salesman came from the inside sales team first. Not the other way around.
Fast-Paced, not a dull moment in the day.
Warehouse Associate in King of Prussia:
Pros: You are allowed the freedom to do what you think is necessary to get your job done as well as you can.
Cons: The room for growth is not there for associates without a college degree, regardless of their work ethic and performance.
Credit Analyst:
Great company with great benefits all around. The only thing that could use improvement, and is actively being researched is “performance management” Give those who work hard more than those who do the bare minimum!
Changing Locations, Testing the Waters.
Sales Associate:
Pros: They have been very flexible with me re-locating for my wife's job.
Cons: Lots of advancement opportunity, just not where I want to go.
