Pros: Relatively work is easy in here since nobody is so techy in here. If you good with new technologies and poses one or two programming language knowledge(preferably java and python) you work in here comfortably. The problem in here since they are not technically gifted staff none of your work will get recognition. And also there is so much jealousy in the team that I work they don't like if you not one of them. They will load you with manual testers tasks at that point you may want to leave like me.

Cons: Open racism and disrespect to technology team. Management entirely should be changed in here. There are many managers in technology team who don't have any tech skill neither they possess any modern programming languages nor they know modern technologies. They are stuck in 90th stupid PowerBuilder desktop apps slow database implementations, Tidal etc.
