FedEx Ground Reviews

What is it like working at FedEx Ground?

My experience is emotionally draining and otherwise flat out terrible.
Operations Administrator in Chicago:
Pros: I can work solo
Cons: Office politics managers playing and showing favoritism all the time. They only promote their friends and they wrongfully write up the people they don't like. They never write up the people that deserve to be written up and they promote people that have the wrost attendance
Who Knows?
Safety Coordinator in Columbus:
Pros: I work with a lot of wonderful people.
Cons: My company was acquired by FedEx. Expectations were high that becoming part of the FedEx family would mean realizing significant improvements over life under the former company. There have been improvements but by and large, the experience has been murky, shrouded in mystery due to poor communication, slow in increase of any and every kind, and only nominally rewarding.
Maintenance Technician:
Excellent company culture, pay, comprehensive benefits package and work/life balance. Friendly and relaxed work environment, all employees are treated equal and on the same playing field. I am truly blessed!
Delivery Driver in Windsor:
Pros: I get to meet alot of very nice sociable people
Cons: The Salary
Benefits.
Office Administrator in Bloomington:
Great affordable insurance package.
I learned the day to day operations in different departments.
Operations Administrator:
Pros: I mostly liked the interaction of all levels of operations, and the cross functioning of the different positions they incouraged us to learn.
Cons: The lack of respect by some management to it employees.
My life.
Delivery Driver:
Pros: Feels like I'm my own boss no time restrictions.
Cons: Christmas is heavy work.
