Average Hourly Rate for Fanno Creek Clinic Employees

Pros: I like that the company is very laid back. I don't have a manager going over my work every five seconds (or ever). I like that there aren't a million rules regarding dress code and what you can/ cannot do within the clinic. What I mean by this: my last employer had a strict no food/ no drink at your desk rule (which I got fired over).

Cons: I just feel underpaid and under appreciated. I know I'm not the only one who feels like their voice isn't heard at FCC. Ask for anything that would mean the company has to spend money and you'll get a direct NO. Raises aren't given (you have to plead your case) so there's this feeling of not being apprecaited. The longer you work for a company and show them that you're loyal and a hard worker I feel like the employee should get something in return (especially when minimum wage goes up!)
