Pros: I love my students, and the teacher, and paraprofessional I work with.

Cons: Us para's are constantly left alone with our students when our teachers are out. They do not assigned a sub to come in and help, to be more accurate, we are pulled out from our class to sub for general ed classes. We are underpaid for the amount of responsibilities they put on us.

Cons: We are left alone with students, and we never get any subs to cover for the teachers when they are out, in fact they pull us from our sped department to cover general ed classes when teachers are out.
