Cons: over flow with work
It is a bit challenging.

Pros: Providing total health care to the sick and see them go home healthy and happy.
Cons: Delayed payment on Sundays, public holidays, night dyty allowance and overtime.
Hard because our work depends on the nurses.

Very hard since you depend on clinical staff in order to continue capturing. If id they dont submit it hard to do the work. Secondly they dont understand the importance of data. And they are very undermining.

Its nice but we as office staff never get recognition, but mostly medical staff.
